The 18-month programme covers personality styles (DISC profiles), different approaches to leadership and how to apply them, including goal setting, situational leadership, accountability feedback, coaching, negotiation, and conflict management. The programme focuses not only on developing direct leadership skills but also provides a robust foundation in essential wider skills such as communication, problem-solving, and complex decision-making.
