We’re excited to introduce one of the newest additions to our team – Jess, our dedicated Training Administrator!
“As a Training Administrator, I’m responsible for making sure every training session runs smoothly from start to finish. That includes notifying delegates, preparing paperwork, tracking attendance, and issuing certificates. I keep a close eye on the training inbox to make sure trainers are fully briefed and equipped, and I prepare training rooms and materials in advance. After each course, I finalise the documentation and ensure certificates go out promptly”.
“I actually started my career in construction at 16, as an apprentice with Balfour Beatty. After earning a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, I progressed to a Plant Coordinator role. That experience gave me valuable insight into training requirements, compliance, GDPR, and health and safety legislation — not to mention a solid understanding of schemes like CITB and CPCS”.
“I enjoy every day. I’ve always had a passion for the construction industry, and that’s why I’ve never left it. Now I get to support others on their training journeys while continuing to learn about the wider business at Van Elle. The team I work with is fantastic too, supportive and welcoming.”

Jess brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, and she’s already made a fantastic start with the team. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to what’s ahead for the Van Elle training team with Jess helping along the way.
